"INFAMOUS ITO"

MESSAGE FROM CITIZENS' COMMITTEE TO CLEAN UP THE COURTS
(November 13, 1995 -- Phone (312) 731-1100 for recorded message.)

Hi! Sherman Skolnick, Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts, 9800 S. Oglesby Ave [Chicago, IL 60617].

You might want to call it "A Skunk and a Scoundrel" -- that's Los Angeles judge Lance Ito, the trial judge in the O.J. Simpson affair.

We told you, in exclusive stories [archived at ftp ftp.shout.net pub/users/bigred], the double murders involved a violent turf war between the Herrera dope gang of Mexico, tight with the American CIA, and the Yakuza, the Japanese mafia. And experts on the Yakuza contend that they're allowed to operate worldwide because the Yakuza supports the U.S. spy agency.

The Yakuza started to get big in the 1980s in Hawaii, where the Japanese now have Hawaii practically as their colony. They own many businesses there, including major hotels. They bring in large quantities of designer drugs, called "ice" or "crystal".

California has become the back yard for Japan. In 1988, in California, was set up a state "task force", supposedly to investigate gangs and drugs! Oh yeah? Some contend their main purpose was to hold public hearings blaming all the violence on small-time dope pushers! Avoiding all mention of the Yakuza and the Herreras, the major dope gangs in California.

And who became a member of the "task force" cover-up? Why, L.A. municipal judge Lance Ito. Formerly a prosecutor, he specialized in jailing nobodys and dopers.

One of the most infamous cases with Judge Ito was the prosecution of Charles Keating, Jr. -- the prosecution in 1991. Keating caused the nation's most horrendous savings and loan fraud. Keating, originally, was charged with swindling tens of thousands of depositors, mainly older people losing their life's savings, by persuading them to buy fraudulent bonds issued by one of his companies. The victims were fooled into believing their money was the same as a government-insured bank deposit. Judge Ito, to help Keating, used rotten tricks to dismiss 20 counts of fraud -- later re-instated by an appeals court.

Also, Judge Ito arranged to totally cover up the complicity of George Bush in the S&L fraud. The president and his family were reportedly joint owners, with Keating, of the broad centerpiece: American Continental Company in Arizona.

Now then there's the case of one of the most notorious whore house madams on the west coast: Heidi Fleiss. She kept records of the big-time movie stars, business tycoons, lawyers, doctors, and "indian chiefs" -- patrons of her bordellos. Heidi called it her "little black book". She was charged with pandering and cocaine charges. And who, reportedly, kept Heidi's sizzling "little black book" out of the public record for his own blackmail purposes? Why, Judge Lance Ito! So he apparently knows about who was a patron, and the distribution of dope, through her!

In exclusive stories, we told you the O.J. Simpson affair involved businesses peddling dope and laundering the money -- [through] places once owned by O.J. and taken over by ex-wife Nicole and, having [as] secret owners and operators, top police brass.

Nicole's pal, Ron Goldman, was part of a homosexual dope ring, fronting for the Yakuza. Undercover narcs reportedly were surveilling Ron and, equipped with see-in-the-dark video, witnessed the double murders, apparently done by 3 or 4 Hispanics or Orientals. Also reportedly witnessing the bloodbath were O.J.'s detectives, tracking Nicole.

O.J. and Nicole and Ron somehow got in the middle of big dope gang and police corruption. And who has been in charge of investigating police corruption in Los Angeles? Why, Captain Margaret York. And who is she? She's the wife of Judge Lance Ito!

Do you see now why some call the judge a cover-up artist and a dirty rat? (Likewise, his wife.)

Just another story, suppressed by the liars and whores of the press.
