Conspiracy Nation -- Vol. 4 Num. 69

("Quid coniuratio est?")

Before beginning, let me address myself to recent remarks by President Clinton:

  1. Clinton has recently stated that "good Americans" should all now shout down the "purveyors of paranoia". Let me suggest that a better cure for speech is, as I have heard, more speech. The cure for speech is more speech. To that end, might I suggest that Mr. Sherman Skolnick be a guest on, say, 60 Minutes, where he could properly expound on his views to the American public? All sides could be presented, and then the thinking public could make up their own minds.
  2. In a noteworthy appearance on the CBS News show, 60 Minutes, President Clinton stated as follows:

We do have free speech in this country. And we have very broad free speech and I support that. But I think free speech runs two ways. And when people are irresponsible with their liberties, they ought to be "called up short", and they ought to be talked down by other Americans. And we need to "expose" these people for what they're doing. This is wrong. This is wrong. You never know whether there's some fragile person out there who's about to "tip over the edge", thinking they can make some statement against the system. And all of a sudden, there's a bunch of innocent babies in a daycare center, dead.

WARNING: If YOU are a "fragile person" who is about to "tip over the edge" -- STOP READING NOW and consult with clergy or psychiatrist.

[CN Editor -- I cannot vouch for the accuracy of all of the following. It may or may not be true, I just don't know. However I consider Skolnick to be an honest and careful investigator.]

Hi! Sherman Skolnick, Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts, 9800 South Oglesby.

On Monday, April 17th, 1995, the federal grand jury in Little Rock, Arkansas, handed up some 16 sealed, grand jury indictments, according to those close to the matters. Among those reportedly named: Jim "Guy" Tucker, current Arkansas governor, reportedly charged with bank fraud; Thomas "Mack" McLarty, Clinton White House counsel, former White House Chief of Staff, and previously CEO of ARKLA, one of the largest natural gas public utilities firms; and... Hillary Rodham Clinton. The First Lady is reportedly charged with two counts of federal criminal offenses: number 1, bank fraud, causing the loss of or misapplication of between $47 million and $60 million of federally insured funds [from] Madison Guaranty S&L; and number 2, obstruction of justice. Hillary reportedly ordered Webster Hubbell, while he was third-in-command of the Justice Department, to remove documents from the office of White House aide Vincent Foster, jr., following his death, at a time when such records were ordered, by a federal magistrate, to Little Rock, to be turned over to federal authorities in the then-pending criminal case of U.S. versus David Hale -- a former Arkansas municipal judge, accused of defrauding the Small Business Administration.

Hubbell was ordered to deliver, or cause to be delivered, such records to the private White House quarters of Hillary. She later ordered Hubbell to arrange for the destruction of said records. After resigning from the Justice Department, Hubbell entered into a guilty plea with the independent prosecutor, Kenneth Starr, to federal charges against Hubbell. Part of the plea bargain required that Hubbell fully co-operate in the ongoing Whitewater probe. Pursuant to that, Hubbell turned over the Foster office records to the grand jury. (Of course, he led the First Lady to believe that they had been destroyed.)

On April 22nd, 1995, Kenneth Starr questioned, under oath, both the President and the First Lady. A superseding federal grand jury indictment will reportedly be brought, accusing Hillary of perjury -- an additional count to the indictment.

Starr's White House questions also seemed designed to assist a pending, secret, congressional impeachment investigation directed against the President. Starr's grand jury probe overlaps the impeachment matters.

On Sunday, April 23rd, the President's announcement on CBS's 60 Minutes program was just short of declaring martial law -- no doubt, to save himself from impeachment and Hillary from jail.

The bombing of the federal office building in Oklahoma, to some sources seems to somehow serve the purpose of delaying the unsealing by the chief federal district judge in Little Rock of these indictments. The bombing, two days after the sealed indictment, reportedly involves one or more DEA undercover agents, acting as provocateurs within the citizens' militias. Records, highly critical to the role of Janet Reno and Clinton in the 1993 Waco assault, killing women and children, were reportedly stolen from the Oklahoma federal building just prior to the bombing.

The First Lady is reportedly giving consideration to a nolo contendre plea -- "no contest" -- which might include no jail time for the First Lady, and the surrender of her law license or agreement by her to voluntary disbarment.

Most of the other 13 indictments are against other White House aides, for perjury and obstruction of justice in the [Vince] Foster matter.

With the bombing mess as an excuse, Clinton has invoked secret, emergency regulations against the mass media, requiring the radio and TV broadcasting industry in particular to now act as a puppet arm of the White House. [e.g., check out Dan "Goebbels" Rather on CBS News.] The mass media are ordered to support the American gestapo in rounding up those who severely criticize the U.S. government. U.S. Marshalls, the FBI, and other federal storm troopers are knocking on doors all over the United States.

Bye-bye, Bill of Rights. Nice to have known you.
