35. Cooper, William, Behold A Pale Horse, Sedona, Arizona, Light Technology Publishing, 1991. Cooper is a former United States Naval Intelligence Briefing Team member, lecturer, and author. Summary: Documents that in his attempts to get this information to the public, he has been driven off the road twice by the same black limousine, the second accident resulting in scars on his face and the loss of his leg. He and his wife have been followed and harassed, with death threats on their answering device, phone calls in the middle of the night, men driving government cars stopping to ask who lives there, county sheriff's deputy asking the postal clerk for information on Cooper's post office box in an effort to discover where he lives, and strange people showing up at their door in the middle of the night. "In 1988 Bill decided to 'talk' due to events then taking place worldwide, events which he had seen plans for back in the early 70s. Since Bill has been 'talking' he has correctly predicted the lowering of the Iron Curtain, the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the invasion of Panama. All Bill's predictions were on record well before the events occurred. Bill is not a psychic. His information comes from Top Secret documents that he read while with the Intelligence Briefing Team and from over 17 years of thorough research." In his book, he strongly encourages people to not stop with the reading of his book, but to do their own research.
The thrust of the book is presenting documentation and proofs that there are secret plans in high places for the creation of a totalitarian socialistic state, wherein the people are slave labor and the elite run things for their own convenience and luxury. The list of those who comprise the conspiratorial elite has existed for many centuries and has gone underground and changed names upon discovery. The list includes: "the Order of the Quest, the Jason Society, the Roshaniya, the Qabbalah, the Knights Templar, the Knights of Malta, the Knights of Columbus, the Jesuits, the Masons, the Ancient and Mystical Order of Rosae Crucis, the Illuminati, the Nazi Party, the Communist Party, the Executive Members of the Council on Foreign Relations, The Group, the Brotherhood of the Dragon, the Rosicrucians, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg Group, the Open Friendly Secret Society (the Vatican), the Russell Trust, the Skull & Bones, the Scroll & Key, the Order - they are all the same and all work toward the same ultimate goal, a New World Order." The cults which call themselves "illuminated" are also involved.
Apparently not all who are members know of these plans, only those in the upper echelons. These are all secret societies that practice degrees of initiation, "and that is the key." It is through their initiations that they discover who can be trusted and who not. The lower echelons are an "innocent" organization of good works put into place to form a safe buffer between themselves and the unsuspecting public.
One initiation rite involves asking the candidate to spit on the Christian cross. If he refuses, then he is told, "You have made the right choice, as a true adept would never do such a terrible thing," and that candidate never advances any further. If he does spit on the cross, then that candidate is congratulated and promoted.
In his book Cooper includes secret plans that he read while in Naval Intelligence. One of them, Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, was a paper that became public in 1979 after being found in an IBM copier bought at a surplus sale. The top secret papers Cooper read "explained that 'Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars' is the doctrine adopted by the Policy Committee of the Bilderberg Group during its first known meeting in 1954."
This doctrine outlines a plan for "tak[ing] control of the world by the use of economic 'silent weapons' in a form of 'quiet warfare' and reduce the economic inductance of the world to a safe level by a process of benevolent slavery and genocide....[since the general public] has become a herd of proliferating barbarians, and, so to speak, a blight upon the face of the earth,"
The paper is a "formal Declaration of War by the Illuminati upon the Citizens of the United States of America," only instead of a frontal assault with regular bullets, they plan to use economic bullets, computerized espionage on American citizens, a "permanent 'tattooed' body number" for each citizen, eliminating advanced economic theory from higher education in order to keep the masses from discovering their war, open-ended social programs in order that "those who get hooked on the economic drug, must go to the elite for a fix," creating inflation by printing more money than the GNP, encouraging wars in which the creditor is killed, encouraging impulse buying on the part of American citizens by promoting TV ads where citizens are spoken to as if they are uncritical and impulsive twelve year olds.
This plan delineates surveillance of citizens through phone taps, analysis of garbage, observing children's behavior in school, marriage and birth certificates, memberships in organizations, political affiliation, checking accounts, credit-card purchases, credit information, welfare and social security information ("the citizen will almost always make the collection of information easy if he can operate on the 'free sandwich principle' of 'eat now, and pay later,'" information obtained from IRS, OSHA, Census, U.S. mail, crime records, hospital records, psychiatric records, credit rating, police records, driving records, insurance information, polls and surveys.
This plan also delineates use of this information as "excuses for investigation, search, arrest, or employment of force to modify behavior."
The plan for secrecy includes diversionary tactics such as disengaging the public's "attention from real issues" through creating preoccupations of "sex, violence, and wars in the media - especially the TV and the newspapers," manipulations of the media by keeping citizens "captivated by matters of no real importance", of schools by keeping any "real mathematics, real enonomics, real law, and real history" from being taught, of entertainment by "keep[ing] the public entertainment below a sixth-grade level", and of work by "keep[ing] the public busy, busy, busy, with no time to think; back on the farm with the other animals".
The paper goes on to say, "When the government is able to collect tax and seize private property without just compensation, it is an indication that the public is ripe for surrender and is consenting to enslavement and legal encroachment. A good and easily quantified indicator of harvest time is the number of public citizens who pay income tax despite an obvious lack of reciprocal or honest service from the government." Speaking of the citizenry, "Simply put, they want a human god to eliminate all risk from their life, pat them on the head, kiss their bruises, put a chicken on every dinner table, clothe their bodies, tuck them into bed at night, and tell them that everything will be alright [sic] when they wake up in the morning." They equate a politician with this human god who will promise everything and deliver nothing.
Of the citizenry, it states, "they pay taxes to finance a professional association of hit men collectively called politicians, and then complain about corruption in government....They want authority...but they will not accept responsibility or liability. So they hire politicians to face reality for them." The Illuminati believes that a nation becomes divided into two nations, one docile, the other political. "The political sub-nation remains attached to the docile sub-nation, tolerates it, and leaches its substance until it grows strong enough to detach itself and then devour its parent." They believe the purpose of the draft "is to instill, by intimidation, in the young males of a society the uncritical conviction that the government is omnipotent" and that it was "devised by the middle-aged and the elderly for the purpose of pressing the young into doing the public dirty work. It further serves to make the youth as guilty as the elders, thus making criticism of the elders by the youth less likely....It is marketed and sold to the public under the label of 'patriotic=national' service."
They believe that the end always justifies the means as to their endeavors of getting complete control over the citizenry. "The bookkeeper can be king if the public can be kept ignorant of the methodology of the bookkeeping." The ignorant public "are beasts of burden and steaks on the table by choice and consent."
Their rallying cry is a quote from Mayer Amschel Rothschild (1743-1812), "Give me control over a nation's currency, and I care not who makes its laws." They worship Rothschild's discovery that "when you assume the appearance of power, people soon give it to you," or in other words, that "currency...had the required appearance of power that could be used to induce people...into surrendering their real wealth in exchange for a promise of greater wealth (instead of real compensation). They would put up real collateral in exchange for a loan of promissory notes....Mr. Rothschild found that he could issue more notes than he had backing for, so long as he had someone's stock of gold as a persuader to show his customers....Then he would make money scarce, tighten control of the system, and collect the collateral through the obligation of contracts. The cycle was then repeated. These pressures could be used to ignite a war. Then he would control the availability of currency to determine who would win the war. That government which agreed to give him control of its economic system got his support. Collection of debts was guaranteed by economic aid to the enemy of the debtor....When the subject citizens are rendered unable to control their financial affairs, they, of course, become totally enslaved, a source of cheap labor."
Adam Weishaupt, a Jesuit priest and an Illuminati financed by Rothschild, said, "The great strength of our Order lies in its concealment; let it never appear in its own name, but always covered by another name, and another occupation."
Regarding their whole plan, "the public might instinctively feel that something is wrong, but because of the technical nature of the silent weapon, they cannot express their feeling in a rational way, or handle the problem with intelligence. Therefore, they do not know how to cry for help, and do not know how to associate with others to defend themselves against it."
Their Table of Strategies includes plans to: "Keep the public ignorant...create preoccupation, attack the family unit, give less cash and more credit and doles, attack the privacy of the church...minimize the tax protest...maximize control, and collapse the currency." Their efforts to keep the public ignorant include "keeping them confused, disorganized, and distracted....The general rule is that there is profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer the solutions."
Cooper points out that this Illuminati worships Lucifer as God, the last mystery revealed to members. "If you do not believe in God, Lucifer, or Satan, you must understand that there are great masses of people who do. I do not believe in racism but millions do and their beliefs and actions based upon those beliefs will affect me."
The Illuminati and Masons have had members who have written books in the past revealing their secrets. One such member revealed "that the Freemasons were pledged to...strike down the Church, the State, and the freedom of the masses." One of their methods for doing so is infiltration of respected and powerful organizations. Scotland Yard and the Vatican have each at some point issued a ban on Masons being in their employ because of their fear of being infiltrated. The Vatican has recently lifted that several-hundred-year ban. "Many high-level members of the Vatican are now Freemasons....ALL of the intelligence officers that I worked for while in Naval Intelligence were Masons." A book by Piers Compton called The Broken Cross "traces the infiltration of the Catholic Church by the Illuminati."
The present Pope, John Paul II, was a chemist who helped develop and sell cyanide gas for the I.G. Farben Chemical Company. He sold it to the Nazis to use in Auschwitz to exterminate millions of Jewish people. "After the war the salesman, fearing for his life, joined the Catholic Church and was ordained a priest in 1946." Later he became a bishop in Poland. "After a 30-day reign his predecessor was assassinated and our ex-cyanide gas salesman assumed the papacy...."
A close friend of this Pope, Dr. Wolf Szmuness, was "the mastermind behind the November/78 to October/79 and March/80 to October/81 experimental hepatitis B vaccine trials conducted by the Center for Disease Control in New York, San Francisco and four other American cities that loosed the plague of AIDS upon the American people."
"The 1953 report of the California Senate Investigating Committee on Education stated: 'So-called modern Communism is apparently the same hypocritical world conspiracy to destroy civilization that was founded by the illuminati, and that raised its head in our colonies here at the critical period before the adoption of our Constitution.' The California Senate understood that communism is the work of the Illuminati. They failed to realize that the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission are also the work of the Illuminati."
"The executive members of the Council on Foreign Relations are the real elect in this country. George Bush is a member of the Order. Surprised? You shouldn't be. His father was also a member who helped finance Hitler." The oath that members take absolves them of and supersedes all other oaths. "The CFR is a secret society in that it forbids the taking of notes or the publishing of minutes of its meetings." A 1930's attempt by the Knights of Malta, "the militia of the Pope," to infiltrate the executive branch of U.S. government is discussed in Congressional hearings held at the time to investigate. Yet, this information is excluded from all history books. "President Reagan spoke at the annual Knights of Malta dinner."
The headquarters for the Bilderberg Group is in Switzerland, "the only European country never invaded or bombed during World Wars I and II. Switzerland is the seat of world power. The goal of the Bilderberg Group is a one-world totalitarian socialist government and economic system." Their goal is fascism.
These secret societies, "operating in secrecy and infiltrating every level of government and vital industry including the press, the elect manipulate the people and nations of the world toward any direction desired."
Cooper includes in his book a copy of an oath of initiation of one of these secret orders to demonstrate their subversive nature. He also includes a copy of the Secret Treaty of Verona, which was entered into the Congressional Record in 1916. It is an agreement that was made in 1822 between Austria, France, Prussia, and Russia to suppress constitutional, representative self-governments in whatever countries they may exist or might begin. Their methods included destroying free speech, destroying and suppressing the press, universal censorship, waging war on those countries with representative governments, sustaining the cooperation of the Pope and clergy to use religion to help keep nations in passive obedience, financing and funding war against those countries with representative governments. The monarchs who signed this treaty were ultimately deposed. "Most of these families are wealthy beyond belief and may be more powerful today than when they sat upon thrones. Today they are known collectively as the Black Nobility." Privately these families refuse to recognize any right to rule except their own. The fact that this treaty was made long ago does not mean it is void.
Another area covered by Cooper is that of martial law. Through an interlocking set of presidential orders, some of which are secret, martial law has been extended to be all-inclusive and very broad. So, too, the legal causes that would justify any president to declare martial law have become so broad as to need no reasonable excuse. All references to war or threat of war as possible causes have been removed and only domestic crises are covered.
Any domestic excuse could be used, including food shortages, the drug war, financial crisis, international tension, or oil spills. Once the national emergency is declared by the president, the power to implement all these executive orders automatically revert to FEMA. These executive orders make provisions to take over communications media, power sources, food resources, farms, all transportation, health, education, and welfare, airports, aircraft, building materials, railroads, waterways, petroleum, to mobilize all civilians into work brigades, to register all civilians, and to relocate communities. FEMA also gets the power to direct and use other federal agencies.
"The brains behind this contingency plan for a police state were the members of the CFR and TC....The FEMA Advisory Board is dominated by Professor Samuel P. Huntington....He wrote the "Seminal Peace" for the Trilateral Commission in the mid-1970s, recommending that democracy and economic development be discarded as outdated ideas." Huntington feels that there are "potentially desirable limits to economic and democratic growth. His "ideas were rewritten into National Security Decision Directive 47" which "ordered preparedness measures that involved the waiving or modification of socioeconomic regulations that delay emergency responses and that should receive priority attention."
Also included in Cooper's book is the statement of Dr. William R. Pabst from Houston, Texas. In 1976 he filed suit on behalf of the people of the United States protesting the conspiratorial plot to destroy the United States as we know it. His complaint mentions a concentration camp program set up by the Department of Defense, and a constitution for the "Newstates of America" designed by the Rockefeller-funded Center for the Study for Democratic Institutions. This constitution mentions national emergency 134 times, has no Bill of Rights, and the right to bear arms is removed. Pabst says "Congressman Larry McDonald has revealed to Congress that various guerrilla and terrorist groups were being financed by the federal governXnt," which could trigger martial law, under which the State Department would be in charge of preventing escape from the U.S. as well as a national police force and use of prisoners for slave labor, the Treasury Department would be in charge of collecting cash and non-cash items, and the Commerce Department "would be responsible for expropriation, selection and international distribution of commodities (which would be the actual looting of the United States)...."
Pabst cites evidence of troops being trained to seize municipal, county and state, governments. He also cites evidence that the L.E.A.A. and the Police Foundation "are prime movers toward implementing a national police force" which would be responsible for "taking over the administration of local and state governments. That program is 'Operation Cable Splice....'" Operation Cable Splice provides that "anyone who attacks the State - even verbally- becomes a revolutionary and an enemy by definition." All military personnel involved in Cable Splice training were ordered to train in civilian clothing in order to prevent adverse publicity. The operation includes plans for "confiscation of privately-owned weapons and ammunition."
Pabst says there are Pentagon files on 25 million Americans which include "political, sociological, economic and psychological profiles." The Uniform Mental Health Act allows for the governor to have anyone picked up and held in an asylum while Health, Education and Welfare determines "whether or not you were mentally disturbed because of your nationalistic tendencies, your love for the United States, or your adherence to any political or religious doctrine." The U.S. Public Health Service is prepared to take over any and all mental health facilities and use them as tools of repression on non-violent political activists.
Pabst feels that unless you track all the small details of each and every finger and toe of the government, you may miss the big picture. He makes the following analogy: A man and his wife work at a baby carriage factory in Nazi Germany. They are going to have a baby, but the Nazis won't let anyone buy a baby carriage. "The man decided he would secretly collect one part from each department and assemble the carriage himself. When this was done he and his wife gathered up the pieces and assembled it. When they were finished they did not have a baby carriage; they had a machine gun."
Cooper outlines unconstitutional aspects contained within the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988. These include: A loophole left up to the judge's discretion for warrantless mass searches; "in some cases a trial isn't automatic; you must request a hearing;" through implied consent, citizens no longer have claim to certain rights; provision for studying ways of prosecuting "Federal drug-related offenses in a matter alternative or supplemental to the current criminal justice system;" congressional requests for evaluating appropriateness of using biomedical and behavioral research in the administration of health service (i.e., mind control); mandates a system of analysis and monitoring of money transfer called "World Currency Control;" makes provision for the Secretary of the Treasury to have the power to obtain "ANY transaction records from ANY domestic financial institution (even those not part of the bank/savings & loan system), as well as information on ALL of the persons involved;" provisions for a special committee to review and recommend changes on modifying Federal habeas corpus procedure; provides for the FBI and Attorney General to take jurisdiction when requested, not by the State, but by an employee head of any State agency for crimes of a political nature; requires businesses to report all transactions of $10,000 or more; requires verification and recording of identification of purchaser of any "money order or other financial instrument of $3000 or more;" orders a study on whether or not to withdraw cash bills of $50 and $100 from circulation; allocates $23 million "for a machine-readable identity document program" for identifying known criminals trying to cross borders, but the type of border is not named and no explanation is given as to how to implement this without requiring all citizens to cooperate; orders a study on requiring all "aircraft [and commercial motor vehicles] to carry operating transponders so that they can be tracked;" requires government lab facilities "to develop technologies for Federal law enforcement (not limited to drug enforcement)," which would include night vision, ground sensor and communications electronics, physical electronic security, imaging electronic surveillance, chemical/biosensor research and development, chemical/molecular research, physical/electronic surveillance and tracking, and explosives ordnance detection; provides grant money for state and local agencies to tie into a $120 million data system containing all criminal justice agency records, including domestic violence, at the federal, state and local levels; calls for a study on establishing an international criminal court, which would not have jurisdiction over any U.S. citizen unless the U.S. lost its sovereignty; authorizes "postal authorities to serve warrants, subpoenas, make arrests, carry firearms, and make seizures in matters involving use of mails," yet the post office is a private corporation and therefore is not part of the federal government; makes mailing locksmithing equipment a crime ("many common tools can be classified as locksmithing equipment"); legalizes arming foreign country's aircraft as long as it is for drug control; mandates use of military installations as mental treatment centers or prison camps; proceeds from seized property and $200 million "are to be used for construction of prisons, rewards for information or help, or for other things the attorney general need not report;" creating slave labor by allowing prisons to go "into business to produce products on an economic basis," which would "only serve to destroy the last remnants of small business."
Cooper includes in his book a section called Test Case for the Police State, in which HB1750 "requires all Oklahoma residents to declare everything they own to the tax collector, everything: guns, coins, art collections, furniture, business equipment, bank accounts, household furniture, etc." This will aid the New World Order in redistributing the wealth. However Oklahoma goes, so goes the rest of the U.S.
Cooper documents that the New World Order plans to use some reason or excuse to unify all the countries of the world, whether they have to make up the reason or not. Possible reasons include: Extraterrestrials attacking Earth, requiring that countries band together in order to survive; collapse of civilization as a result of over-population and exhaustion of the Earth's resources; and, extinction of the human race through pollution of the Earth. The Illuminati developed a two-pronged approach, lower the birth rate and increase the death rate.
The Illuminati developed Aids and targeted "undesirable" populations, blacks, Hispanics and homosexuals. "The African continent was infected via smallpox vaccine in 1977. The vaccine was administered by the World Health Organization." It was estimated that all of Africa will be dead within 15 years without a cure. The gay population in San Francisco, New York, and four other cities was infected through experimental hepatitis B vaccine trials in 1979 and 1980. "The ads for participants specifically asked for promiscuous homosexual male volunteers."
The Haig-Kissinger Depopulation Policy was ordered by the Bilderbergers. It requires that Third World nations take effective steps for population control or else the U.S. cuts off aid. "If the Third World nations refuse, civil war usually breaks out and the rebels are usually found to be trained, armed and financed by the CIA." Thomas Ferguson, the Latin American case officer for the State Department's Office of Population Affairs (OPA) said, "Either they do it our way, through nice clean methods or they will get the kind of mess that we have in El Salvador, or in Iran, or in Beirut. Population is a political problem. Once population is out of control it requires authoritarian government, even fascism, to reduce it....Civil wars are somewhat drawn-out ways to reduce population. The quickest way to reduce population is through famine, like in Africa or through Disease, like the Black Death, all of which might occur in El Salvador." Mr. Ferguson's budget just keeps doubling.
Dr. Paul Ehrlich (whose wife is a Club of Rome member) wrote The Population Bomb. In it he says, "The problem could have been avoided by population control, in which mankind consciously adjusted the birth rate so that a 'death rate solution' did not have to occur."
"Tobacco fields in the U.S. have been fertilized with the radioactive tailings from uranium mines, resulting in a tremendous increase in the incidence of lip, mouth, throat, and lung cancer. If you do not believe it, just look at the incidence of lung cancer per capita before 1950 and compare it to the lung cancer per capita at the present time."
"Malathion, a nerve gas developed by the Nazis during WWII to kill people, is being sprayed heavily on population centers in California. The helicopters come from Evergreen in Arizona, a known government and a suspected CIA base." When California revolted against the spraying, the Governor claimed he did not have the power to stop it.
In Colorado dioxin is showing up in their drinking water. Revolting citizens are met with denial and character assassination. Eighty years ago more consumption of fat, salt, and cholesterol resulted in less heart disease. Now we consume less and have more heart disease. It is a matter of public record that the Army and the CIA have tested their latest biological warfare toys by releasing them on unsuspecting U.S. citizens. Investigations into radioactive leaks revealed that some of those leaks were not accidental, but purposeful. Legionnaire's desease was released into the wind from a government boat while in San Francisco Bay. The list goes on.
Cooper includes in his book a chapter called Lessons from Lithuania written by Neal Knox. This paper documents the threat to self-government when the right to keep and bear arms is removed. Despite a constitutional right to keep and bear arms in Lithuania, years ago laws were passed requiring gun registration. Later Gorbachev ordered all citizens to turn in their guns temporarily. Two days later Russian troops seized arms from their militia. Cooper feels it is because most Americans own at least one firearm that has "kept the New World Order at bay....As of January 8, 1991, less than 10% of all California gun owners have registered their firearms. Many Californians stood in the streets with weapons in hand and publicly burned the registration forms. Network news did not cover these demonstrations, and no mention has been made on television that California gun owners have ignored this unconstitutional gun-registration law" which makes possible later confiscation.
Evidence is presented from no less than four sources that five days prior to Nixon resigning, top secret messages were sent from an unknown location to the Joint Chiefs of Staff informing them to no longer accept any direct orders from the White House. This was a coup. "When President Nixon gave his farewell speech, he said he would tell the American people the truth about UFOs. Like James Forrestal, Richard Nixon found himself a prisoner on the mental ward of Bethesda Naval Hospital. Unlike Forrestal, Nixon survived. He has remained silent."
Cooper has an entire chapter devoted to top secret information and history regarding UFOs and the role they play in our secret government. NSA is the primary agency devoted to UFOs. NSA is also the only government agency which is immune to all laws, except those which spell out NSA in the text of the law, including the Freedom of Information Act. It was decided that the funding for alien-connected and other black projects would come from cornering the illegal drug market. George Bush, a member of CFR and CEO of Zapata Oil, organized an operation with the CIA using oil shipping routes and offshore platforms to avoid customs and law enforcement. "The CIA now controls most of the world's illegal drug markets."
Kennedy was assassinated because he discovered part of the truth regarding the drugs funding the space/alien projects. After he issued an ultimatum to clean up the drugs and a promise to inform the people of the alien question, the Bilderbergers and CFR supervised his assassination. Cooper has a copy of the Zapruder film which plainly shows Kennedy's Secret Service driver, William Greer, turn, look over his right shoulder and shoot with his left hand. "All of the witnesses who were close enough to the car to see William Greer shoot Kennedy were themselves all murdered within two years of the event....At the present time over 200 material witnesses or people actually involved with the assassination are dead. The odds against this happening are so high that no one has been able to calculate them. The odds against the first 18 to die within two years of the assassination were calculated at one hundred thousand trillion to one."
Cooper's research and knowledge of top secret documents indicate that the secret government has some ungodly plans, some long-range plans that have been in effect for years. Their plan involved creating many social welfare programs to create a dependent, non-working population, and then to remove these programs to force this population into a criminal class. Through drugs and hypnotherapy used on mental patients, they have "inculcated the desire in these people to open fire on schoolyards and thus inflame the antigun lobby." There is evidence connecting many of these types of incidents to the intelligence community. Once the people are convinced of a crime wave, "they intend to state that a terrorist group armed with a nuclear weapon has entered the" U.S. "The government will then suspend the Constitution and declare martial law....All dissidents, which translates into anyone they choose, will be rounded up and placed in the one-mile-square concentration camps which already exist." All media will be seized. All resistors will be killed or imprisoned. A dress rehearsal of this plan, called REX-84A, was carried out successfully in 1984.
Evidence is presented that the United Nations Treaty and the United Nations Participation Act may have already compromised the sovereignty of the U.S. However, in a stirring letter to the editor, written by Marilyn Allen to the Texas News Herald, says that "all renowned and genuine Constitutional experts (such as Thos. M. Cooley, Thos. Jas. Norton, and Harry Atwood, to name several) have always held that anything which contravenes, diminishes, or perverts the Constitution is null and void and of no effect." She goes on to say that no president can make any such far-reaching treaty "without laying himself open to the charge of treason under Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution."
Cooper also includes in his book a complete copy of the Proposed Consitutional Model for the Newstates of America, prepared over a ten-year period and costing the taxpayers over $25 million.
Cooper includes a copy of the controversial Protocols of the Wise Men of Sion, a conspiratorial plan to subjugate the world written by the Illuminati and appearing in the early 1800s. Cooper's research indicates that it was written intentionally to deceive people as to its authorship. The Illuminati's deception sets up the Jewish people to take the fall for it and be further persecuted. Their plan has certainly been successful, as it is considered anti-Semitic to even refer to this document, which makes it so no one can even discuss it, quite a coup for the Illuminati.
This entire document is written to elevate the Illuminati to the status of a god. The rest of the world is referred to as "cattle" and with an attitude of disgust and disdain. Some ideas put forth in this document include: Using the idea of political freedom merely as verbal bait to draw in the masses; justification of their secret methods as moral; honesty is a vice in politics; their right lies in force; their power will be invincible because it will remain secret until such time that their strength cannot be undermined by anyone; use of temporary evil since the end justifies the means; they have placed many centuries' of effort into this plan; good government is where all the power resides in one person's despotic hands; teaching early immorality to children by putting them in the hands of their agents; their methods include bribery, theft, deceit, treachery, and violence; replacing the horrors of war with less noticeable death sentences in order to produce blind submission; remain merciless and severe in order to secure submission and sovereignty of every government in the world; bring wars into the economic realm, then the Illuminati's international rights will wipe out national rights; government administrators will be chosen for their servile obedience and lack of knowledge of governing, while being surrounded by the Illuminati's learned and bred advisors; perpetrating scientific fraud in order to educate minds in the direction the Illuminati wants; gaining power to influence through the press, while remaining themselves in the shadows; creating terror among rulers through assassination attempts in order to create a gulf between the rulers and the people; arming all parties in order for them to be constantly at odds with each other, setting one against another in all categories, including personal, national, religious, and racial; giving journalists the right to scribble nonsense side by side with valid articles; making it so the masses receive no profit from the constitution besides what the Illuminati flings them from their table, forcing the masses to vote according to Illuminati dictate; once the masses have been beaten down, then the Illuminati will enter as saviors to invite the masses to enter the Illuminati's fighting ranks of socialists, anarchists, and communists; killing out the masses, as hunger creates the right of capital to rule the worker; by want and the envy and hatred which it engenders the Illuminati shall move the mobs and simultaneously eliminate those in the way; teach in the national schools division of labor and division of men into classes; once in power, work positions will be appointed by the state; arranging for people to blindly believe anything in print; once all the gold is in the Illuminati's hands, they will set up a universal economic crisis, during which they will let loose the mobs filled with hatred to shed blood and loot property, but the Illuminati will not be touched by the mobs, because the moment of attack will be known to the Illuminati and they shall take measures to protect themselves; they take responsibility entirely for the French Revolution; plans to erase the word freedom from language once they are in power; knowing that no one is in a position to overthrow an invisible force, using masonry as a screen for themselves; establish huge monopolies of colossal riches, upon which the individual's fortune depends, so that they will all go to the bottom together along with the credit of the government on the day after the political smash; create a greedy demand for luxury to swallow up everything; undermine productivity; create an illusion of progress by raising wages, but then negate that by raising prices; increase police force; create inseparate nations by tangling up all the threads from all governments through politics, economic treaties, and loan obligations; assume a mask of honesty and compliance, while simultaneously training the masses to see only superficialities; respond to opposition through war and respond to collective opposition through world war; should one of the Illuminati disobey, force them to face criminal charges or make them disappear; create a Super-Government Dictatorship; though the masses be begging for peace, the Illuminati will refuse to give them peace until the masses acknowledge the Illuminati's "international Super-Government;" fool, bemuse and corrupt the masses' youth by rearing them in principles and theories which are known by the Illuminati to be false on the one hand, but inculcated by them on the other; once in power, criminal cases will not be allowed in the press in order to keep the people believing that there is peace; to keep the people from guessing the truth, distract them with amusements, games, pastimes, passions, people's palaces, art competitions, and sports competitions such that the people grow accustomed to never forming any opinions of their own; destroy all other religions but the Illuminati's; keep the Illuminati's true religion a secret and never discuss it openly; once in power, all secret societies will be banned and punished with death; once in power, government resolutions will be final and without appeal; almost all agents of international and national police will be agents of the Illuminati; death for anyone who hinders them, including masons, in a manner that looks like a normal illness so that no one suspects murder; create spies and informers even within families to keep the rest of the cattle under observation; once in power, anyone who refuses to inform will be charged with concealment; all the abuses of power, deceit, bribery, murder, force, which they have introduced into the cattle's government, the Illuminati will disallow in their own once they are in power; create loans external to the country so that the masses money will end up in the Illuminati's coffers, so that eventually the debts will be in amounts quite impossible to pay; once in power, the government will be transformed into a lender of money at profit; the bankruptcies created by the Illuminati are for the purpose of proving to the masses that the state does not have the masses interests at heart; creating grandiose government credit institutions to fling upon the market five hundred millions of industrial paper in one day or to buy up for the same amount, in order to make industrial undertakings dependent upon the Illuminati; "In our hand is the greatest power of our day - gold....surely we shall not fail with such wealth to prove that all that evil which for so many centuries we have had to commit has served at the end of ends the cause of true well-being - the bringing of everything into order;" the Illuminati's authority will create reverent fear in all the peoples, since "true force makes no terms with any right, not even with that of God;" once in power, reduce the production of luxury items in order to inculcate lessons of humility in the masses; create unemployment, but once in power, eliminate it; once in power, punish drunkenness as a crime; allow anarchical and demoralized societies (gangs) to spring up among the masses to commit robbery and violence, but once the Illuminati is in power, resurrect them in the form of regularly organized fighting troops; and, allow only agents of the Illuminati who know "the secrets" to become heads of government.
