[The following is a transcript of a recorded phone message put out by a group in Chicago called "Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts [CCCC]." (312) 731-1100 and (312) 731-1505.]
Hi! Sherman Skolnick, Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts, 9800 Oglesby.
Is President Clinton and the first lady both facing federal criminal indictments? Notice the sequence of events:
July 19th, 1993 -- FBI director William Sessions has an elite group already investigating high-level crimes. They uncovered details showing Clinton and Hillary themselves committed financial and other federal crimes. That very day, Clinton "sacks" Sessions on flimsy grounds -- such as that Sessions should have paid for a plane ticket for his wife who accompanied the FBI director on official business.
Next morning, July 20th, '93, a federal judge in Little Rock issued an order requiring Clinton to cough up documents related to the federal criminal case against former Little Rock municipal judge David Hale.
The incriminating records are in the possession of White House aide Vincent Foster, jr., acting as attorney for Clinton and his wife. That very afternoon, a young woman, a White House aide, calls Arkansas governor Jim Guy Tucker [CN -- Now under indictment, along with Webster Hubbell. See Chicago Tribune, Nov. 25, 1994] to tell him Foster is laying shot in his car in a White House parking lot. (She didn't trust the Secret Service.)
As a favor, to cover up [for] Clinton and Hillary, the Secret Service has the body dumped in a federal park in Virginia. The press runs a big lie, that Foster killed himself with a gun which is found in his right hand, although he is left-handed.
The documents demanded by the federal judge in Little Rock relate to massive frauds involving U.S. Small Business Administration [SBA] loans. Clinton's cronies removed the records from Foster's office and sent them to Chicago. Some of the corrupt SBA "loans" reportedly were somehow arranged through the Windy City [i.e., Chicago], center of the big payoff. {1}.
A close crony of Hillary's family the Rodhams, originally from the Chicago suburb of Park Ridge, is John E. Gierum. (708) 698- 9600. He has been a senior litigation attorney for the SBA. In January, '94, in the presence of a witness, Gierum confesses to our chairman [CCCC] that the White House is trying to "frame" him on a massive series of fraudulent transactions involving millions and millions of dollars. (The details become part of a pending federal case here -- The Joseph Andreuccetti Affair.) Gierum is served a copy. He does not dispute his confession. Among other things, Gierum has reportedly been involved in making a $50 million contingency fund disappear from Household International where it was "parked" by Resolution Trust Corporation [RTC]. The funds reappear [elsewhere], to try to cover up $47 million that were reportedly embezzled by Clinton and his wife from a Little Rock S&L.
The RTC investigator who knew all this is thrown off the roof of a tall building -- one of several so-called "suicides".
Implicated in related SBA fraud is Chicago federal bankruptcy judge Robert E. Ginsburg and his wife, Gail C. Ginsburg, who was an assistant U.S. Attorney working on SBA matters.
As we detailed in a 1-hour cable TV show, the SBA "loans" were used as part of dope-money laundering schemes.
Are "Sludge Willy" and Hillary, the bloody-handed Lady Macbeth, going to be indicted, huh? Well don't ask your stockbroker, 'cause he may jump out the window!
By the way, some 30 strange deaths have already occurred, to try to cover this all up!
The press fakers, the liars and whores of the press, give so few real details, most people can't quite figure out what is going on!!
