NEW YORK (Reuter) - Raul Salinas, the imprisoned brother of former Mexican President Carlos Salinas, has been linked to 70 bank accounts in seven countries that could contain more than $300 million, the CBS news-magazine ``60 Minutes'' said Friday.

The CBS program, which plans to air a report on Salinas Sunday, said in a release the accounts contain money allegedly obtained through bribes.
