DCIA MISSION STATEMENT

Those interested in censorship should keep their eyes on this site.

Because of my censorship concerns I am now giving my permission to everyone realizing the significance of these postings to copy the entire site. It now consists of 63 html files which contains more information than the average sized book. If this site should go down for 48 hours or more they then have my permission to repost it on another site. The search engines of the world will find it. There are now more than 1,000 visitors a day, even though little has been done to publicize it and even though the major search engines have been ominously slow to provide indexing.

Check for yourself. This site was registered more than 3 months ago with the major search engines. Your help in adding the www.dcia.com URL to search engines will be appreciated --- and key essential.

My point is simply this: Given the 1,000 visitors a day, within a matter of days this material will be unsuppressable!!! Like successful biological genes, there will be nothing to stop the replications.
