RUSSIAN ORGANIZED CRIME IN MONACO: MIKHAIL SKIGIN



Meet Sweet Doll, a yacht berthed in Monaco, owned by Mikhail Skigin and Michele Tecchia.

Sweet Doll was commissioned by Dimitros Skigin in 2002, built by Hessen of Holland, and delivered in 2004, one year before the death of Dimitros.

Cost: 22 million euros.

Current owner: Golden Nights Limited BVI, registered in the Cayman Islands. (Read: Mikhail Skigin and Michel Tecchia.)

Administrated by Graham Alan Pedder Smith, Skigin's Lichtenstein nominee, who in 2005 manipulated the sale of Sweet Doll from a company called Tenth Planet to Golden Nights Limited to defraud beneficiaries of the Dimitros Skigin estate.
