[The following is a transcript of a recorded phone message put out by a group in Chicago called "Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts [CCCC]." (312) 731-1100 and (312) 731-1505.]
Hi! Sherman Skolnick, Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts, 9800 Oglesby.
When it comes to espionage and corruption, most roads lead to Chicago.
In a depressed industrial town of less than 14,000 folks is one of the largest hazardous waste incinerators in the nation: that's at East Liverpool, Ohio. Since about 1980, local activists there have been hollering about the facility as being a great danger to the area. Such as: being 400 yards from an elementary school on a hill, in line to get chimney vapors of lead, mercury, and 300 other compounds. The local climate traps the emissions, which are then breathed in by the local people. {1}.
When fully operating, Ohio will have one-fifth of the total hazardous waste burning capacity of the nation. The owners [of the Ohio incinerator] include Stephens, Incorporated, the Little Rock, Arkansas-based corrupt local bond and banking octopus. They have been the principal money-bags behind Bill Clinton for President. Arranged by them was another octopus, Wal-Mart. Knowledgeable sources contend that Stephens, Incorporated, and Wal-Mart are laundries for dope money from the huge cocaine shipments through the CIA-controlled airport in Mena, Arkansas.
Stephens, Incorporated has been a key client of the Rose Law Firm. Partners in the firm, Vincent Foster, jr. and Hillary Rodham Clinton, with Stephens, worked a deal for a criminal enterprise to penetrate the American banking system. That was, Bank of Credit and Commerce International [BCCI]. You can see why White House aide Foster was murdered.
By the way, press fakers say that BCCI is defunct. Not so. They now operate as Pinnacle Bank Group, owning reputed Mafia/Vatican Banks, such as the First National Bank of Cicero.
Another of this incinerator's owners has been Von Roeh, Inc.(?). They have a New Jersey subsidiary which, in turn, owns a firm whose largest shareholder is a high-ranking, well-known member of New York City's Columbo organized crime family. Von Roeh's parent firm, in Switzerland, was reportedly involved in shipping strategic parts, on the eve of the Gulf War, to Iraq, for their super-secret, super-duper cannon designed by Gerald Buhl(?), the ballistics wizard.
The Ohio incinerator is supervised by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region V, headquartered in Chicago. Activists contend that Stephens and Von Roeh have a corrupt arrangement with EPA's general counsel in Chicago, Gail C. Ginsburg. She is the wife of Chicago federal bankruptcy judge, Robert E. Ginsburg. Remember our story about how Judge Ginsburg helped disguise "China White" dope money being funneled through Joliet and banks in Chicago, some of it disguised as defunct companies with Small Business Administration loans?
Judge Ginsburg was "tight" with director of Central Intelligence, William Casey. Also, for 8 years, Ginsburg was with the CIA's law firm from Chicago Heights: Anthony Scariano, sr. & jr. Also, the "China White" money laundering deals were reportedly facilitated by Judge Ginsburg with the aid of attorney John E. Gierum of the Chicago suburb of Park Ridge. He is a close crony of Hillary's family, which started there. Gierum has been bankruptcy trustee for the Joliet district.
