[The following is a transcript of a recorded phone message put out by a group in Chicago called "Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts [CCCC]." (312) 731-1100 and (312) 731-1505.]

In Chicago, the federal court and the federal prosecutor's office are in the Dirksen Building. They are facing the biggest scandals probably in local history, if not national and international history.
A summary of details:
Previously called the Blackstone Rangers, they have been financed through foundations linked to CIA -- part of an experiment in how to control neighborhoods. The CIA fronts included the Charles E. Merrill Trust of Cambridge, an offshoot of stock peddlers Merrill-Lynch.
Hey, but get this! El Rukns, and their relatives, reportedly are federal employees in the Dirksen Building!
Hogan says that if he goes to prison, at least three federal district judges will have to go to prison with him -- including Judge Aspin(sp?), Judge Holderman(sp?), and Judge Conlin(sp?). Hogan knows about corruption implicating many federal judges, including them! And he says they are trying to discredit him.
Hogan also knows a lot about the Justice Department's secret units doing dirty tricks, including murdering federal grand jury witnesses.
For years, the Justice Department has used perjured witnesses and faked-up video to send people to jail!
(By the way, the Hogan ruckus also includes four Mafia figures inserted into the federal grand jury system here to poison the well.)
2) In Chicago federal district court have been a series [of cases] called "The Shackman Cases", named after [the] one who first brought it. They are class-actions, relating to firing city workers who are not part of the upper echelon usually replaced by new administrations in City Hall [i.e., patronage]. The problem is that the decisions were reportedly made more in the hallways than in the courtroom. Yet judges and the city attorneys, and opposing attorneys, went along with fake, so-called "court hearings" and trials. One very rare, brave attorney, Gordon Arnett(sp?), a sole practitioner, started to bring out this fraud and fakery in court. He was found dead (murder is suspected) just as he was about to file details of fraud upon the federal court, perpetrated by various judges and lawyers!
As now shown by court petition, fake transcripts were used, and the faking up and doctoring up of court papers.
The one who originally had the cases was Chicago federal district judge Nicholas J. Bua [BOO-ahh]. In order to cover up the corruption of Judge Bua and those judges who later had these smelly cases, uh -- guess what happened? Boxes and boxes of court files were stolen from the courthouse! Missing, and presumed stolen, are audio tapes used by court stenographers to back up their transcripts.
Thousands of city workers were corruptly deprived of millions of dollars of wages.
3) More about [Judge] Bua. Twelve million dollars has apparently been embezzled from the Chicago Housing Authority pension fund! It is part of a much larger scandal involving swindles of hundreds of millions of dollars and bribery. A key player? "Nick" Bua. Sources claim he is facing federal criminal indictment as a result of a federal grand jury quiz in another part of the country.
The Bua mess and all this other stuff may smash up the federal bureaucracy here.
