[The following is a transcript of a recorded phone message put out by a group in Chicago called "Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts [CCCC]." (312) 731-1100 and (312) 731-1505.]
Hi! Sherman Skolnick, Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts, 9800 Oglesby.
Just south of Chicago is one of the major narcotics smuggling operations in the United States! Barges, reportedly carrying concealed drugs, come up the waterway from New Orleans and on the Des Plaines river pass Moose Island near Joliet, Illinois. Jet planes come into the Joliet Municipal Airport carrying drugs. The cash proceeds, disguised as auto financing paper, are later funneled to Household International, headquartered in Prospect Heights. (They are successors to the CIA-linked Nugan-Hand Bank, of Australia.)
A related operation involves criminals and deadbeats corruptly obtaining federal-sponsored loans. A local attorney had to get "kickbacks" {1} for you to get a loan. Made no difference if you were creditworthy or not!
Many such loans soon went into default.
Massive records were kept in a building housing the Private Industry Council -- their attorney, Edward Masters, later becoming chief judge of the Will County Court. {2}. The U.S. attorney in Chicago at the time, Anton R. Valukis, issued a federal grand jury subpoena -- part of a supposed "investigation"! A few days before that, the building was burned down, destroying the records!
Who did the torch job? Why, Bobby Teczak(sp?), business partner of state and federal judges, congressmen, of state officials (including the then Illinois Governor, Jim Thompson), and a business crony of narcotics officials. Thompson's crony, Valukis, refused and failed to investigate this obstruction of justice. After all, Teczak's attorney was another Thompson rat: one time chief federal prosecutor, Dan K. Webb. {3}. Later, [claiming] he was just trying to protect his friends, Teczak pleaded guilty.
In a complex overlap of criminality, the federal loan rip-off was related to the dope operation! Chicago chief federal bankruptcy judge John D. Schwartz often (twice a month) sent federal bankruptcy judge Robert E. Ginsburg to hold court in the federal building in Joliet. Purpose? To facilitate the cover-up.
Helping Ginsburg and other bankruptcy judges were two or more bankruptcy trustees. One of them, John E. Gearham(sp?), is a close crony of first lady Hillary.
Judge Ginsburg had a personal reason to whitewash everything. After all, his wife, Gail C. Ginsburg, was assistant U.S. attorney, handling the highly corrupt U.S. Small Business Administration.
Some of the so-called "bankrupt estates" were used by the bankruptcy trustees to launder the dope money.
Reportedly implicated in a related $1 million bankruptcy fraud was Gearham's pal Charlie Myler(sp?) of Aurora [,Illinois,] himself a bankruptcy trustee.
Being blackmailed was the chief federal prosecutor, one of the "three monkeys"!
Who all are involved in this dope and bankruptcy racketeering? Why, two congressmen, the former Governor, two former chief federal prosecutors, several federal judges, the chief judge of Will county, top officials of the Justice Department, and the Drug Enforcement Administration, and a motel owner and a car dealership! And that's just to list a few of them!
A special U.S. Treasury unit began an investigation -- stopped!! Because of "national security". The whole operation smells, like CIA!
Recently we [CCCC] detailed this to the chief of the organized crime/drug enforcement task force. He told us he isn't interested in doing anything! No wonder. All his crooked pals from here to the White House would have to leave town!
