Unhappy with the Court's Order to proceed with Discovery, Monaco has substituted Stanley Arkin with a new attorney.

We knew it was coming a week before Arkin found out.

Maybe Arkin learned from Robert Eringer's experience to get paid up front when dealing with Monaco.
